CANCELLATION POLICY
At KV Beauty Salon, your time is valuable - and so is ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients, we kindly ask for: • Minimum 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 20% cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Deposits are non-refundable but transferable once with proper notice.
